Life Is Sacred

Take a Closer Look

The eye of the world is crying for all the people who have lost a loved one, for humanity itself. Modern age, we call ourselves. Inventing, exploring, growing, but what is so great about one sacred human killing another sacred human? Greed for oil, money or land is imprinted across most human minds, round every corner of our materialism. So the world weeps.

As a Buddhist, I believe it is cruel to harm of kill any other living being, animal or human. Each life is sacred.

Examine the small dots on my picture carefully and you will see that each one is a face, an individual. No one is completely alone, everyone has a family: the stranger you hate or the foreigner you kill loves and is loved. So the world cries for those who do not see the real meaning and value of life, those who take life for granted, those who are abused – and those who abuse.

Life is sacred: take a closer look.
