Open Minds

Shannon (11) & Marisa (12)

The Open Box
Shannon (11) and Marisa (12)

The ice cream cone holds the earth which has a love heart flake in it to say love everyone around you and treat them how you would like to be treated.

The giant hand that is holding the cone is God's, to say that he has control of the world and he can put things right. The water and fire at the bottom of the page (the waves and the flames) represents good, bad, right and wrong choices. The person who is in the middle of the bottom is trying to persuade the other person to make the right decision and think outside the box. The person standing on the glove at the top is just 1 person who stands up for what he believes in, unlike the thousands behind him or her. The boy and the girl who are in the globe are open minded.

We hope you like our piece of art about being open minded and taking 'the road less travelled'.
