Open Minds

Eyes Open Please
Penny (14)

I have drawn a pencil sketch of a woman with her eyes close holding the world.

My drawing represents the subject in more than just one way. The woman holding the world has her eyes shut, some people are wrapped up in their own thoughts so much that they have no knowledge of what's going on around them.

I made the woman to look like and represent a God, People in the world should be more open minded about God and should not stereotype him as an old man with long white hair, a beard and a staff.

God can be whoever you want him to be and while each religion has their own teaching about God, we need to be open to the beliefs and ideas of other Gods, other views.
