What do I love about RE?
'I love the fact that RE helps people to make sense of the world, what is important to people, the impact of beliefs and practices on people's lives, why people act as they do, and supports understanding of other viewpoints. It provides opportunities for visits (to places of worship and other places important to people because of their beliefs) to explore stories that hold meaning for people. I also think it is a subject that lends itself to creative approaches.'
What do I love about NATRE?
'NATRE provides me with quality resources and to a network of fellow professionals. It enables me to share my knowledge and understanding with others. NATRE also actively campaigns for high-quality RE and for access to resources and training for all which is important to me.'
