Daniel currently works at the Coopers' Company and Coborn School in London as a Teacher of RE and Teaching Development Coordinator. He is Assistant to the Chair of the National Association of Teachers of RE (NATRE). As a NATRE representative he contributes to the RE Council’s Qualifications and Assessment Committee and the Professional RE Group (PREG). He has experience as a senior examiner for AQA at GCSE level, having previously worked for Edexcel. He acted as a mentor for the South East region on the REsilience Project working to build teachers’ confidence in dealing with controversial issues in RE. His academic background is in Systematic Theology, Ethics and Geology. He is currently undertaking a part-time MA in Religious Education at The University of Warwick, and completed a Farmington Fellowship in 2012/2013.
