Karen has been a secondary subject Leader for RE since 2000. In that time she has been a member of Warwickshire SACRE, completed an MA in RE, worked as a local RE adviser, mentored trainee RE teachers, and more. Recently, Karen completed the Culham St Gabriel's RE Leadership Programme, which she has said was a rewarding experience that she would thoroughly recommend to others. Karen has a particular interest in post-16 RE.
