Beautiful World, Wonderful World

The title I chose is God’s good earth because I would like to express in my artwork the natural disaster, we have all gone through in 2020. Many Lives were taken away from us and a series of unfortunate events have happened, such as a global pandemic, wildfires, plastic in seas, pollution, also a civilisation between all humans. I believe this was a lesson from God making us realise the problems we have created, and we should face what we have done to our world, and it is time to stop, pause and reflect. My centre creation shows how a beautiful thing can be easily taken awa from us leaving a traumatic experience for our future. This has affected all religions, making is look back at the manmade disaster we have left for our future. My art is a crack between before 2020 and God’s desire during 2020. In Islam we believe it is a sign from God telling us to look back at each other and think of possibilities to change the disaster we have harmed to our earth.
