In God's Hands
Bolton-Le Sands Whole School
We think prayer gives hope for the world. When we pray we know God listens because we are in his hands and part of his creation. He made us and cares for us.
At our school we had a prayer day. We each made a clay pebble of something or someone we are grateful for. Together we built this sculpture which is mounted on our school wall as a hopeful sign to remind us that God is at the centre of all we do and holds us in His love. Lots of parents, friends and younger children share and touch our artwork; we hope it gives them hope too.

Nancy's comments also reflect our school mission statement, "With God at the centre we reach our to support each other in learning, growth and community."
